The patient came in for a fractured plastic crown from 3 years ago. A full contour zirconia crown was redone.

Restoration of all teeth with implants "All on 4"

The patient came for a full mouth restoration. She wanted to improve her chewing (functional) and aesthetic appearance. Some of the teeth were misaligned and the bone was calcified. After assessing the condition of the teeth, it was decided to remove all the teeth and to use 4 implants and a fixed prosthesis to restore the zygomatic arch.

On the first day, the teeth were extracted, the implants were threaded in and impressions were taken for the fabrication of the temporary denture. After 2 days, the temporary denture was delivered. After 4 months, permanent dentures were made.

Aesthetic dental prosthetics with veneers

The patient came in for a full dental work-up and was not satisfied with the aesthetic appearance of her teeth. She had a raised bite. The upper front teeth were treated with microprosthetic veneers. Lateral teeth prosthetized with full-contour zirconia crowns. The incisal and vestibular surfaces of the mandibular anterior teeth are covered with fillings.
